I too eat when I am stressed or anxious. I hate that I do that.<br />I take Step class twice a week and body pump once a week ( I really should do that twice...but I hate going to the gym everyday!)...sometime I will take a spin class. I feel like I workout hard...but I am definately a snacker/over eater. One of these days I will get myself together!
